Naturally fermented, unpasteurised kimchi flush. Piquant and spicy with moreish umami notes. Just as it should be. Our kimchi is expertly crafted using the highest quality, natural ingredients and NO artificial preservatives. We ferment fresh chinese leaf cabbage, carrot and mooli radish in an aromatic spice blend for 4-5 days. Always raw and alive with friendly good bacteria.
It's not only our ingredients that we source with love and care. Our kimchis and sauerkrauts are presented in glass jars and all packaging components are easily recyclable.

Authentic
Tastes authentic! Not as good as the authentic Korean brands, but very close and love that it comes in a glass jar. Pretty airtight - keeps the smell contained in the fridge!
Tastes Awful
I normally buy Vadasz Kimchi but thought I’ll try this brand for a change as it said ‘great taste’ on the sleeve. On the contrary, it tasted absolutely awful. It was so sharp and spicy hot that I could not have a second bite and sadly had to throw the rest of it away. I hate wasting food and it’s very rare for me to have to throw food away unless it’s inedible.
Very sour
I thought this Kimchi was very sour. It lacked complexity and sophistication in comparison to others I have tried. I also didn't find it very spicy,
Slimy and inedible.
On opening the jar the product resembled slime. I love Kimchi but this one was inedible.

Not practical as when you grab the product it slips out of the sleeve. Mine broke and I could not even eat the kimchi
