Daylesford have changed this !!!
I used to use this all the time, unfortunately it now tastes smoky and not sweet. I won't buy this again as I really don't like the smoky taste it is bitter. Please change it back
Very bland and no spice at all.
Tastes like a pizza base sauce. Very bland and certainly no hint of chilli. A very disappointing tomato and chilli sauce.
Delicious nice heat
Really tastey sauce that’s lovely and light with a nice kick and just enough heat
a store cupboard staple
I always keep a jar of this in the cupboard. Its not too hot but has a kick in it. I usually add a few chopped tomatoes and basil to help it go further. Delicious.
Nice little bit of spice.
Great to find a pasta sauce that is gluten, dairy and onion free. Sometimes you just don't want to make a sauce from scratch and want something quick and easy. It did have a bit of a kick to it in my opinion, enough to make it enjoyable but not too much to make it inedible. However my husband couldn't taste any spice at all so very differing opinions! Tasty all the same.
OK Sauce but better out there
As the title suggests, there was nothing wrong with this sauce and I would say that I quite enjoyed it with the Daylsford meatballs (which were very nice!). The only shortcoming is that there was little to no chilli taste and I must admit that there are better sauces out there for this type of money.
