Organic Dried Linguine
Greater than the sum of its parts - simply durum wheat flour, kneaded to a dough with Italian spring water and extruded through a traditional bronze die, giving the pasta its ridged texture which make your sauces cling.
We use this in our café's popular clam linguine with a splash of olive oil, finely chopped chillies, fresh ginger and crushed garlic. In the spring and summer, we like to use a peeler to make ribbons of courgettes and asparagus and stir them through cooked linguine with crème fraîche, lemon zest and parmesan or it's delicious with passata, olives, lemon zest and a generous spoonful of olive oil for a simple supper at any time of year.

Organic is Forever
At Daylesford we make real food with the simplest organic ingredients
Organic is better for our health, our animals and the environment; and of course always tastes better
And the organic goodness your body wants for health and happiness
This organic Italian pasta is made with the same principles we use on our own farm
Over thirty-five years ago, we began to turn our farmland over to sustainable, organic farming, first in Staffordshire and then in the Cotswolds.
What began as a simple passion for real food and a desire to feed our children better has grown into Daylesford as we know it today, one of the most sustainable organic farms in the UK.
- Organic food is full of real flavour, we don't need to add anything artificial.
- We never use growth promoters or hormones, healthy animals don't need them.
- We feed the soil with traditional crop rotation and natural fertilisers from our kitchen compost and manure instead of harmful pesticides and herbicides.
And we think it tastes better too.

Great pasta
We were given this to review some time ago and have only just gotten round to trying it as although we are past lovers linguine has not been one of our favourites. Nevertheless it was extremely delicious.
