We've been farming organically for over 35 years, meaning our animals enjoy their natural grass and forage-based diet, growing into strong and healthy animals, free from unnecessary chemicals, antibiotics and GM feed.
We choose British breeds who thrive in their native landscape and encourage healthy biodiversity on our farm. We avoid waste of any kind, so manure and kitchen waste compost are returned to the soil as rich natural fertilisers. We have built our own abattoir to ensure the highest animal welfare and reduced food miles, which results in better tasting meat, and we spread our message far beyond the boundaries of our own fields.

Preparation and Usage
For
perfectly cooked beef, our head chef recommends: Pan Fry Steak: Heat a little oil in a pan until searing hot, season the steak with sea salt and ground black pepper. Add steak to the hot pan. Seal on high heat on each side until golden-brown. Reduce to a medium heat and cook according to the thickness of the steak and your preference, turning regularly. We find the usual amount of time is between 5-10 minutes. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving for tender, succulent steaks. Grill Steak: Preheat grill to a medium heat. Brush with oil and season well with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place under the grill and cook according to the thickness of the steak and your preference, turning half way through cooking time. We find the usual amount of time is between 5-10 minutes. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat. |

terrible
Honestly how can they get it so wrong?! I read the reviews before i purchased but it was on offer so stupidly i brought it... It was a thin small tasteless tough waste of money tbh. My dog had most if it it. Id not buy again, their value one is better.
usually good steak
Buy steak in flash sale always been my goto steak very tasty and quality meat but latest piece more fat and grisly a little disappointed but will definitely buy again.
Was off, brown and rancid
Went to cook this on the last day of Best before date (usually fine for steak), however the steak was off, brown and rancid, could not salvage any. Unfortunately, the whole steak had to go straight in the food waste. a real shame
