Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
Preparation and Usage
For perfectley cooked pork, our head chef recommends:
Pan Fry Mince: Place in a hot frying pan with oil and cook for 4-6 minutes. Add sauce, season meat and bring to the boil, then simmer for 20 minutes. Please ensure the pork is cooked through with no pink meat, and the juices run clear.
Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.

Nice pork mince
I was hesitant to order this after reading the negative reviews. I'm glad I did it was not spoiled and tasted great.

It's really tasty mince, however,just like with the rest of daylsford meats they are not packaged well meaning it goes off days before expiry day. any meat from daylsford needs to be cooked within 1 day or otherwise must be freezed. However £8.5 is way too much for 400g.
