Curry?
I wish I could love this British brand, but I thought this product was awful. My husband described it as “a thin gruel with a few dodgy pieces of chicken”. There was no taste of any kind of curry, no chicken breast and lumps of chicken fat to spit out.
Maltodextrin?
Why Maltodextrin in clean organic food?
very little flavour
Hardly any flavour. The mildest of boring curries.
ok if you like sauce tasting curry
but don't expect real curry. I use it like a sauce, microwave it with cooked potato or rice or pasta, use one fifth of pack per person, Better eat with fresh vegetable.
very average
This did not taste of curry at all. Definitely not worth the money
great idea, badly executed
I got this as a substitute for the meatballs in tomato sauce. Sadly it just didnt deliver. An over abundance of grisly thigh meat and hardly any breast meat made this feel like a cheap own brand option from the discount supermarkets or Iceland. Good flavour from the sauce but very little heat. Whilst I accept that the organic farm concept is nose to tail, they need to specify the division of meat cuts in the ingredients list. As most people buying this premium product will be disappointed with fatty chewy meat.
