Nice but expensive
Wonderful jarred capers wrapped in anchovies
Classic continental combination
These always remind me of holidays abroad super tasty little fish rolled around a caper commonly served with hard boiled egg delicious .

Chunky but super salty
I tried these as my other half loves (I mean obsessive loves) capers. The anchovies themselves are firm and meaty but I cooked them down as a base for one of Nigella's pasta recipes and it was the saltiest thing ever. Having made the same dish before with different anchovies I can only attribute the extra saltiness to the different brand. That said, if you like your pasta as salty as the ocean then these could be a good option.
