When the sponge wears out simply unclip it and replace with a new Dishmatic Refill. All Dishmatic refills are interchangeable and all abrasives on sponge heads are treated with our anti-bacterial agent.

Beyond a joke
What has happened? How can Dishmatic continue for so long - at least a year - to sell these refills with the sponge not properly attached to the plastic backing. They fall apart in two days. After more than two decades of buying Dishmatic, this is the end.
Shocking! What happened?
48 hours at best!! What on earth has happened to this product??
Changed product, now terrible
As with other reviews, these used to be great but theyve cleared changed something (greed-flation I imagine) and they now fall apart after a couple of days.
falls off after a day of use
The sponge falls off the base a day after use. We tried to use hot glue to prolong the use - but it doesnt help. A lot of waste for a day worth of washing up
What has happened to the design of these?!?!
Have been using these for years but the quality of the sponges has deteriorated and they now pop off the plastic backing. I have never had this happen before. And the handle design has changed - it has an upwards curve however the refills have a flat plastic attachment - it makes no sense at all. I am now looking for a different dishwashing solution. Any suggestions?
