Storage
Preparation and Usage
1. Make a paste with 2-3 tsp FREEE Cornflour and 2-3 tbsp cold liquid.
2. Stir some warm stock or milk into the paste and immediately pour everything back into the pan.
3. Boil gently, stirring to thicken.
Recipes
450ml Vegan milk
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla extract
3 tbsp FREEE Cornflour
1. Measure the milk into a saucepan then remove 5 tbsp of the milk and place into a bowl.
2. Add the sugar and vanilla extract and place into the saucepan.
3. Heat the pan of milk, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.
4. Bring the milk almost to the boil then take it off the heat.
5. Add the cornflour to the cold milk, stirring to make a smooth paste.
6. Pour half of the hot milk onto the paste, stirring as you do this.
7. Tip the mixture back into the saucepan.
8. Return the pan to the heat and stir as the custard thickens.
9. Allow the custard to bubble gently and cook for a minute while stirring.
10. Pour the custard into a jug and serve.

please change the packaging
A really nice product but the lid is so hard to open even when you break the seal its a struggle! Ive lost half of the product attempting to open this!
Change the packaging
Gluten free cornflour ,exactly what I wanted and don't mind the price really but whoever designed the packaging has clearly never used it .Once this is used up I would not buy another unless they put it in plain old packet ,you wrestle with it and then the product goes everywhere.
Made a mess in the kitchen
Dreadful packaging, extremely tight plastic lid, soft cardboard tube, flour shot everywhere. At this price can certainly sell it in a practical container.
Good cornflour
I don't mind paying more for organic, especially for a product I don't use that often and might end up going out of date. This makes lovely shortbread- I replace the plain flour with about 20g of this per batch. But the lid!!! Aagh!!! The last one (several years ago) was fine, but like the new Doves Farm Baking Powder, trying to get this tub open now, involves inserting a sharp knife down the side. Lethal!
Poor Packaging
Had trouble removing the lid which resulting in spilling product everywhere.
