Gluten Free Organic Maize & Rice Pasta made in Italy without gluten, wheat, milk, salt, nuts, soya or egg.
"I am an organic farmer and, like colleagues in other countries, follow international organic rules. We rotate crops, grassland and livestock to develop natural soil fertility & create habitats for wildlife conservation. The maize and rice used to make this pasta ripened under the Italian sun before being made into this delicious pasta. I hope that you will enjoy these pasta shapes which are ideal for wheat and gluten free diets."

Almost as good as non GF pasta
Im reviewing this product because I got a free coupon from Ocado. I cooked this carefully to the instructions. 100g was a good portion per person. The instructions suggested minute by minute testing from 7 minutes after start of simmering - about 11 minutes was just right for al dente pasta in our household, but longer than the suggested 7-9 minutes. Id say this was one of the much better gluten free options that we have tried- it worked well with our ragu sauce (vegan, although we do eat meat too) and my partner, who needs to limit his gluten intake, was also happy with the pasta. We would buy again..
You can’t find better GF pasta.
No fatty acids or additives. Can’t go wrong with this pasta. Worth paying a bit extra
Great GF option
Love that this is organic and GF, as long as not overcooked its a real treat
As close to pasta as Ive tried
I really like this. We generally eat GF due to my husbands ulcerative colitis and over the course of 18 months have tried lots of different brands. This is by far the best and not even the kids can tell the difference. Make sure you boil it in lots of water to avoid it becoming sticky.
Not very nice
Very yellow and tastes like its gluten free.
great
My second favourite gluten free pasta (my first is from Sainsburys) the texture is a little different from regular pasta but it's very easy to get used to.
