fabulous
this is a staple in my gluten-free kitchen. shame it went up in price so much in the past years, but i still really do recommend it.
amazingly low fibre content for whole grain
Checking Cronometer shows that buckwheat should have a much higher fibre content. I have found a brand that is more nutritionally in keeping with what I am looking for. I really wish Ocado would sell it as that would be very convenient and they do sell other Clearspring products. This brand on sale at Ocado has 3.1g fibre per 100g whereas the other one has 9g fibre and also a bit more protein and a tad more fat, and so likely more associated nutrients. Shame it will be so inconvenient to source. Ive given it 3 stars because its available. But not sure it warrants so many.
No good for coeliacs
This flour sadly says in the ingredients that it may contain wheat , rye and barley. So disappointing
good for galettes
For my savoury pancakes I use this flour and the outcome is quite good
Great for gluten\-free things
Fab flour for everyday gluten-free cooking! I really enjoy using it in my sweet and savoury breakfasts. Such a shame it went up in price but that's how it is with everything nowadays. Would reccomend still!
