Dr. Oetker Platinum Grade Leaf Gelatine is the finest quality leaf available and is used by professionals. Giving you the perfect set everytime, it's great for jellies, marshmallows and terrines. The finished set is clear and smooth and delivers a melt in the mouth texture.

Store in a cool, dry place.
Preparation and Usage
4 leaves sets approx. 1 pint (570ml) of liquid.
Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water for 5 minutes.
Squeeze out excess water.
Place the soaked leaves in a saucepan and over a very low heat, melt slowly.
Do not let the mixture boil as this can prevent a good set being achieved.
For a firmer set in larger moulds, large terrines, enriched jellies or mousses, use 5 leaves per 1 pint (570ml) liquid.

this is the only one
This is the only one gelatine I trust, rely on and no mistaking in any way! Sachets are tricky and cant be clear finish. I wasted so many of them. Block one is so artificial. During the lockdown, I couldnt get this so long! Definitely recommend the leaf gelatine! Hopefully I dont need to buy any other products!

Very Impressed!
I’ve never used gelatine before but have read many horror stories so was expecting a disaster. However, this was really easy to use and made perfect panna cotta.

First time user
I bought this to make a cheesecake - my first time using gelatine. I hate thinking about whats in it, but it was easy to work with and the outcome was great. Id buy it again.
