why are refills more expensive?
Trying to cut down on plastic use but buying refills is consistently more expensive
Sort the pricing out
Fed up of the cost of a pack of refills working out more expensive than buying the initial applicator pack x 2. The idea of a refill is that you cut down ( granted, just a little) on the plastic as you already have the applicator tube.
Only use these
Convenient, easy to glue inside the loo and easy too wash off if needed. Smells lovely.
Really difficult and annoying to use
There must be a knack to doing this but I find them so hard to use! Usually more than one sticks to the toilet bowl. Also I find they start to look pretty horrible after a week or so, like a dirty bit of gel stuck on the toilet bowl. The most annoying thing is that if you want to give your toilet a good scrub with a toilet brush then these will come straight off so you're better off with a removable rim block.
