ASPECT: Intense brown, limpid and bright, dense. 

AROMA: persistent, intense and delicate, with slight acetic pleasantly woody notes. 

TASTE: bittersweet, balanced, palatable, long.  

DueVittorie ORO is a unique, dense, thick, real balsamic vinegar. It has a very high quantity of cooked grape must blended with some wine vinegar giving the perfect balance of sweet and sour. The full-bodied sweetness of the Due Vittorie Oro blends harmoniously with the degree of acidity, while the thickness and the aroma crown and fulfil sensory perceptions, which are fully rewarding. It is very versatile and can be used on any type of dish, from salads to grilled meats, vegetables, ice cream and fruits.

Thick, sweet and delicious

Love this - it isn't overly sweet and perfect for dressings or dipping bread into with some olive oil.

This is the brand my fussy Italian friend uses in Italy. It's sweet, thick and delicious, even with vanilla ice cream and strawberries.

absolutely divine!

Love this balsamic! I use this as my basic salad dressing, pouring half the bottle into an empty bottle that has a screw on lid with an equal amount of extra virgin olive oil. Give it a good shake every few hours, over the course of a 2-4 days, until it coagulates. It will have a thick, velvety texture, with no other salad dressing coming close to its deliciousness!

Balsamic as it should be

Always buy a bottle when its on offer. Incomparable to the cheap harsh own brand stuff. Thicker consistency and much more how the itallians have it
