Honestly \- possibly the best tea I have ever had
I am incredibly impressed by this tea - light, crisp, well balanced tannins - not too bitter, just beautiful. Used with filtered Thames area water. Only item to note is that you do need to use it relatively rapidly - or put it in an air tight container - the tea leaves lose their intensity if you leave the tea for too long - which does make it a bit awkward if you are saving it for special occasions. Highly Recommended!
