A twist of black pepper and a mix of healthy seeds - pumpkin, sunflower, golden linseed and nigella; our original crispbread is full of flavour and bags of crunch.
From our artisan bakery, overlooking the Somerset countyside, our bakers hand prepare crispbread in small batches. Local farmhouse butter and nutty-tasting chickpea flour are mixed to a dough, thinly rolled, topped with seeds then slowly baked until crisp and crumbly. Viva la bean!

Amazing!
No oil at all, a protein rich flour and delicious!!
Great taste, bit crumbly!
These are really yummy (once you manage to get hem out of the package, in pieces), they don’t have a strong chickpea taste which I was scared they would. As most gluten free crackers they fall apart quite easily but it is just a minor inconvenience.
favourite gluten free cracker
They are much thicker than most so one feels similar to a slice of toast. Great in morning for breakfast with avocado if giving up gluten for a detox.
Delicious
I really enjoyed these, very tasty and healthy
Love these!
I have so much trouble finding bread I can eat that these are a little gem for me. Regular order now.
Full of flavour
Lots of flavour in these crackers. Nigella seeds were lovely with a slight nod to aniseed. Pumpkin seeds nice. Tastes like gram flour but not too over the top. Filling. Nice with just butter. Or peanut butter. Too expensive for me to buy again though as there were only six in the packet, so 50 pence a cracker. But if on offer I would buy again.
