Alternative to cheese

Its not really proper cheese but it is like cheese enough to be acceptable if youre trying to cut calories, plus its full of protein. I buy it to help with my calorie counting.

Great as a replacement

Short term replacement for cheddar in my diet - works great on fajitas. Not a strong flavour so don't use where cheese is the star in the meal but works great as a topping.

great cheese

I really like this cheese, it melts well and has a nice mild flavour , its low fat and is liked by the family

High protein staple

The macros on this are incredible, perfect for a gym cut diet. Havent had a mouldy bag yet, and the potato starch IS in all other grated cheeses (duh to the previous reviewer). It unfortunately does have a bit of a plasticky texture to it when it goes cold, and it can get stringy, so I would not recommend for a cheese heavy dish but it does the job has an alright taste to it and gives a huge protein boost.

Mouldy!!

I bought the pre grated cheese for the first time last week thinking it would be great for my weight loss. Got the packet out last night (in date till Feb 2024) and it was all mouldy!! Whats thats about? Wont try it again

another mouldy packet

Full of mould a whole month before use by date. If you buy use immediately- dont trust the use by date otherwise youll end up throwing whole thing away
