Our Traditional Pork Sausages are made using only the finest cuts of British Shoulder of Pork, delicately seasoned for a flavoursome and succulent sausage.
When it comes to these sausages, we source only the finest cuts of Red Tractor British Pork Shoulder. This gives the meaty bite and great juicy taste our customers love.

Preparation and Usage
Instructions
After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.
Our butchers recommend brushing with a little oil before cooking; Grill - From Chilled. Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 14-16 mins, turning regularly.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 5 for 20-25 mins, turning halfway.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 14-16 mins, turning regularly

Horrible
Horrible, synthetic, spongy, bland, poor taste.
Delicious
These make the best homemade sausage rolls if you skin them and wrap them in puff pastry. Also fabulous for good old bangers and mash.
Great sausages
We love these. They are very tasty indeed. They are just as sausages should be and make great sausage sandwiches.

10 mins on 220 deg..... Tastiest sausages I've had in a long time.
Disappointed
I've had these before and bought them again. Was really disappointed as I think they have changed the recipe and left a very funny aftertaste.

I agree with the other negative comments. Skin is odd. Peeled away in a slimy brown mess. No taste, very bland. Took longer to cook than I expected and they refused to colour like a proper sausage should. Not for us. Their burgers 🍔 on the other hand we really enjoy.
