Flavour is a Frontier
Epiros Greek Grilling Talagani Cheese
- A Greek cheese made with a rich combination of cow, sheep and goat's milk, named after the Greek shepherd's winter cape.
- Its flavour is a delicate balance of salty and sweet, with a distinctive mint note which makes it unique.
- Similar to Cypriot Halloumi, when cooked, it retains its shape whilst developing a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
- The distinctive round shape of the cheese is inspired by the traditional woven baskets this cheese was once made in.
- Made in Greece using entirely European milk, by one of the leading cheesemaking companies in the country.
- We work direct with producers who share our dedication to transparency and revolutionary flavour.
Take it further
- Serve with hard, salty cheese as an aperitivo.

mouldy
I received mouldy cheese today. Very disappointed
yummy
Grills well, taste delish and not as salty as others.
Misleading \- contains cow\x27s milk
To make things clear, the cheese tastes great, but I'm so upset with the ingredients. The description on Ocado clearly states it's sheep and goat milk. I bought it with this knowledge, that contains no cow's milk. I have an intolerance and so I'm meticulous. I even check each time I buy just in case the ingredients changed. No mention of cow's milk anywhere on the website. I've eaten the cheese and this time I was about to open it I quickly scanned the back of the product. I couldn't believe what I saw. On the label it stated that it also contains cow's milk. I was furious. Partly with myself that I didn't check the label, but I didn't think I needed to after checking the website. I could feel some issues flare up but didn't think it was because of that. Now I know it was. Please update the description and make sure your ingredients state what's on the label.
Yum, but sadly not vegetarian
Would be 5/5 if vegetarian any chance you can make it vegetarian?
All you want from a grilling cheese
This is the best grilling cheese, flavoursome tender and juicy BUT so expensive
Very bland
Not much flavour Halloumi is much better as is saganaki but that is no longer available. Expensive for what it is.
