Crunchy

I bought these as they are gluten free. I tried them on fried chicken breasts and they were great - crunchy and tasty. Also looked appetising.

really good crunchy crumbs

more like crunched up super-crispy cornflakes or panko than breadcrumbs from a loaf, so are better for coatings and toppings than stuffings. but they are tasty and stayed crisp during cooking. very exciting to have them after over a decade without being able to have anything like this! the people saying they don't like them must either only be recently gluten free or they live somewhere with easier access to fancy food

Great Breadcrumb Substitute

I have used these successfully in beefburgers, to bread chicken goujons and to top dishes instead of panko crumb.

highly recommend for celiacs / baby led weaning

This is a rich orange colour and resembles close to Panko crumbs which when baked gives a really nice texture. I use it for baby led weaning croquettes and the kids love it

Not good.

What are these supposed to be. No resemblance to bread crumbs. Very gritty texture and sandy in size. Never again.

Excellent

These were really good. Was able to serve then to everyone on scotch eggs. Who would have known they were gluten free.
