salad dressings, pasta meals, topping salmon, stocking up while its on sale, although it is worth every penny.

Great with pizza

This is lovely on pizza. Not too spicy so may be too mild for some. Expensive for what it is but that’s olive oil prices these days!

great and hot

We live this drizzled on pizza or pasta .. really good .. a bit expensive for the size so use sparingly

Empty heat

Good level of heat, but the base olive oil used tastes like it's the 40th pressing - may as well be rapeseed oil. The chillies themselves aren't very aromatic either, so all in all it's just an empty heat with no depth of flavour.

Decent Heat \x26 Vibrant Colour

I use this mostly to dress plates with, as it has a lovely vibrant colour and is easy to work with right out of the bottle; no need for squeezy bottles or sauce spoons! It has a pretty decent kick of heat to it too, so when I have guests who don't like too much heat, I have to be careful. One of my kitchen staples.
