Floravital contains organic iron (II) from ferrous gluconate, vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. In addition, iron contributes to normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation which is supported by vitamins B6 and B12. Furthermore, vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Floravital liquid contains iron from ferrous gluconate which is a particularly absorbable form.

Floravital is easy to take and helps safeguard the balance of iron and vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and C.
As these nutrients are already dissolved, they are absorbed more quickly by the digestive system compared to tablets.

Floravital contains selected herbs and several fruit juice concentrates for a pleasant taste.

Preparation and Usage

Directions
Shake bottle well before use.
Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cap provided.
Take on empty stomach, approx.
30 min before a meal.
Adults and children from 12 years: 10 ml twice daily.
Children 6-11 years: 10 ml once daily.
Children 3-5 years: 5 ml once daily.

Oh dear

Ive only just started taking this and it it one of the most truly disgusting things Ive ever tasted. Really hard to tolerate, unfortunately.

Fantastic For Low Iron Levels

I’ve tried a number of solutions to low iron levels over the years but this is by far the best. Easy to take, not unpleasant & my iron levels have improved as a result. Most noticeably, I don’t have bone aching tiredness every day & get far fewer infections.

Perfect for those with low iron levels.

I have iron deficiency anaemia which can leave me really tired, short of breath with flaky nails, issues sleeping and memory problems (amongst others things). The OTC remedies from pharmacies can have unpleasant side effects and I find that the Floradix range really helps raise my iron levels and quickly. The taste is fruity, you need space in your fridge to keep the bottle and although there are two doses recommended per day, my sisters and I take the two together (because of the memory issue!) and it seems to work just as well. Highly recommended for anyone officially diagnosed as needing to raise their iron levels.
