We normally buy a cheaper version but saw how good the reviews were on this. So glad we tried this before putting on our food. The taste was so synthetic it was inedible. My husband likened it to petrol! Maybe we've just become accustomed to the cheaper stuff!

Beautiful on salad leaves, just the right touch of sweetness! Also lasts ages, which is a bonus. :)

We much prefer plain balsamic glaze!

I'm a fan of figs but the infusion gives this an odd flavour I can't get on board with. I'll stick to my favourite plain balsamic glaze.
