Salad dressing
Tried this as a salad dressing and it is nice and light but very overpriced at full price.
Delicious condiment
I bought this on special because the price is way beyond reasonable for everyday use. However, it does perform magic with lemon and good olive oil, or just on its own, i.e., dribbled over baby lettuce and dandelion leaves. It's also good for sprinkling on buttered kale or spinach.

Received this free to review. Not entirely sure that I would have brought this otherwise due to the full price, but might consider at its current half price. As others have said, it's lovely used with some olive oil as a salad dressing. I was surprised at how much I liked it.
Really makes the salad
With nothing else and little effort, it really jazzes up salads, giving them bite and character. A great vinegar to have in the cupboard.
tasty but pricey
this is a delicious dressing, though it's much more expensive than most balsamic vinegar, so unless it's for a special occasion I'm not sure I'd slash out

Received this to review and loved it! Sweet and delicate flavoured balsamic vinegar which, with the addition of some extra virgin olive oil and seasoning, makes a delicious dressing for a simple green salad. Very pricey though, so would only buy when on offer.
