Fondo Montebello Product is made with great care by our experts, this classic balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP is made only from cooked grape must and wine vinegar. An intricate process of ageing in wooden barrels gives the balsamic vinegar both its deep Density and brilliant colour.
It has a rich, aromatic scent and is velvety, thickness in texture, with a complex fruity sweet-sourness and a long, mellow finish.
Its aromatic flavour gives this balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP, a wide variety of uses.
