Fonseca Porto Terra Prima
Reserve Port made exclusively from organically grown grapes.

Fonseca's Terra Prima Port is full bodied reserve blend made from grapes produced from organic farming in the Cima Corgo area of the Douro Valley. The spirit used to fortify this port was also produced from organically grown grapes. Fonseca has over a decade of experience in organic viticulture in the Douro Valley and was one of the first port houses to develop and apply organic methods in its vineyards. Aged to maturity in oak vats, Fonseca's Terra Prima expresses the natural fruity richness of the traditional Douro Valley grape varieties.

Not has velvety and luxurious as other port, but very nice to drink on its own and with cheese. I particularly like the delicate taste.

Excellent Port

Lovely flavour and sweetness. Like the other reviewer said it Gives much less of a headache than ordinary port! Definitely try it, you wont regret it! More Organic wine please!

a lovely port

This is my favourite Christmas port. Maybe because its organic I dont seem to get the headache afterwards either - bonus!

Not a favourite

I bought this to try while on offer as it said organic. Disappointed. Tasted of cherries and liquorice. I much prefer the Fonseca Reserve Ruby Port.
