soapy lemony and revolting
I never ever tip anything away as I think it is a waste, however I made an exception for this cremant, it was revolting, I'd rather have no drink than be forced to drink this.
Who needs champagne?
Great. I wish Id bought more when it was on offer. Much nicer than the Pol Roger we opened on Christmas Day (free gift - I wouldnt buy Pol Roger, I dont think Ive ever seen it our local stores).
delicious
very good, delicate flavour and nicely dry
Really not to my taste
I couldnt drink more than a glass of this. Admittedly my tastes are dry but I found this very sweet compared to my usual sparklers. Brut style is permitted to contain up to 12 grams per litre of sugar with many Brut styles around 6~8g/l but this must have been in the 10~12g/l mark as was noticeably cloying, there was also quite a bitter finish. I appreciate others have different tastes but not for me.
Brexit victim?
I absolutely adore this, it is equal to (and even better than) many champagnes I have tried. My only gripe is that it is very rarely in stock lately - has it fallen victim to Brexit trade red tape? I sincerely hope not...
Decent Champagne Dupe
Dry and refreshing. On a par with cheaper champagne
