really good
Got in a flash sale and made a very nice beef stew
nice flavour
The chunks were uneven in size with most being too large and had to be halved. Cooked in a slow cooker the meat was tasty
Something has changed
Used to good but last delivery appeared to be a mix of fresh and stale meat. Bottom of the pack was oxidized and brown with red meat placed on the visible top layer. 2 days life but the meat was like this on day after delivery! Bought in flash sale and was left wondering if it was a "special buy" rather than normal supply.

absolutely perfect as long as you slow cook it (gas mark 3 in the oven for 3 hours as a boeuf bourguignon really really worked ! ) if you intend on cooking it fast it will probably be nervy but slow cooked ...yum !

Colour turned very quickly and the cuts are very uneven.
oxidised by the day after purchase.
Purchased on a flash deal, didnt get to eat as had oxidised and gone off before I could make the day after delivery. Id hoped the reviews were wrong, but sadly they were right. The quality of the meat is very poor.
