Good quality, easy to use and effective
I wasn't happy taking evening primrose oil in gelatin capsules but after a female doctor recommended I carry on with it for breast pain I was happy to find this. I just mix a little with some plain yoghurt and honey and don't find the taste unpleasant. Imagine you're smelling an evening primrose in bloom and the taste makes sense! Also find it helps with dry skin. Compared to what I've paid for capsules I think this is pretty good value too as the bottle will keep in the fridge and last a couple of months. Wish the info on the label wasn't so tiny though!
Excellent Quality Product
Use this in my smoothie every morning and within a week have noticed an improvement in my skin tone and luminescence.
A must if youre a woman...
I have suffered horrendously with bad period pains, severe bloating and painful breasts for years. My mother reminded me recently about the benefits of taking Evening Primrose Oil so I bought this one as its the best of the best. I mix 1/2 tsp into my Kefir in the morning along with Higher Natures Cod Liver Oil and you cant taste a thing. The best bit is after 3 days of taking this I have 0 pain or bloating.. my tummy hasnt been this flat in years!! Definite thumbs up :)
not nice
I am sure the benefits are amazing, but the taste is utterly revolting, it made me gag every time, even when pinching my nose. Such a shame as it's organic and I am positive it's very good for you. Just not for me. I've had to go back to the capsules.
huge help
This along side cod liver oil really helped me hugely in balancing my hormones. Have been taking for two years now and don't plan to stop! Thank you Ocado for stocking as it makes my life easier to buy alongside my shopping!
a huge relief...
...to finally find something for excema flare-ups. This has worked brilliantly when applied externally on sore excema skin, beautifully calming and nourishing, it feels like it is restoring some life back into exhausted and depleted areas post-hydrocortisone blitzes. Highly recommended and will keep it in stock at home!
