Creamy & Delicious
We love this for risottos/salmon etc. really convenient, nice big tub + a great flavour! To be honest we love all of the Galbani ranges.
Slightly creamier and richer than the alternatives
Tastes miles away from any fresh proper ricotta from Naples - but it's OK; compares similarly to Ocado's and M&S, just a bit richer and creamier but not much of a difference really
Not bad..
Not bad.. but a bit sickly for me… prefer the M&S one..
very good
Yes this is good
Good ricotta
Its nice, its creamy, its a good ricotta. Does it have the full taste as the ricotta you buy in a cheese store in Italy? Of course not, but its also not trying to be that. If youre using it for fillings or other recipes where it gets mixed into other ingredients this absolutely does a good job.
Luxurious
Great cheese, grated some lemon rind on the top
