Something a little different
On the whole Garofalo pasta won't let you down. However its alwasy good to try a new shape, and test out new recipes the work well. This seems to work really well with seafood, as it holds the sauce well and has a slightly different bite. Made a Rock Shrimp pasta, and was delicious, will be buying these again they were slightly al-dente and held up really well when cooked through.
