Garofalo has been making pasta for over 300 years in Gragnano near Naples in Italy, the home of pasta. Made from 100% robust desert durum wheat and shaped using a bronze die gives Garofalo pasta its premium taste and texture.

Instructions
Cooking time 11 minutes.
Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add salt if required. Keeping the water at a rolling boil add the amount of pasta needed. Stir with a wooden spoon to prevent the pasta sticking together and to avoid damaging the pasta. Cook for the recommended time, drain and serve.
Recipe
Pasta with pepper-pesto.
Ingredients for 3 people:
300 gr Garofalo's Fusilli No. 63,
1 red pepper,
2 tablespoons pine nuts,
1 clove of garlic,
Some basil leaves,
Extra virgin olive oil salt.
Preparation:
Grill the peppers, peel, remove the seeds and strands and divide it into strips.
Blend with pine nuts, basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Adjust the salt.
Cook the pasta al dente. Soften the pesto with a few tablespoons of the cooking water and season the pasta. Serve immediately decorate with basil leaves.

Really good pasta
It has specks of flour on which I like. It cooks well and goes with pretty much any sauce as it has so many ridges. Great value at half price
