not the best
This brand is fantastic, but this legume version is horrible. Ill stick to there standard gluten free pasta. This is earthy , doesnt take like pasta, just tastes like health food .

Really good
One of the best gluten free pasta brands. A lot of other brands gluten free pasta are really horrible this is definitely not! Cooks well, takes a little longer but thats no big deal. My other half says its just like regular pasta and I definitely recommend it

This holds its shape really well, has a nice earthy taste and thanks to its teff grain component has an impressive list of minerals too.
Really good gluten free pasta
Tastes more like normal pasta but it is gluten free. Easy to do al dente as do not go overly soft as usually gluten free does.
