Gluten free pasta

Doesn't have that gritty textures normally associated with GF pasta. Would happily buy again, please make an orzo!
Why the Trans Fats?
I have been told by my dietician to avoid Mono-and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids (sometimes listed as E471) because this means the product contains Trans Fats. No amount of trans fats are healthy. Seeing what trans fats do to the body, I will be throwing this in the bin and will look for a pasta containing simply maize or rice flour. Fed up with the food world making us ill.

I received this to review but I do have to keep my gluten consumption low anyway due to secondary gluten intolerance - needless to say this tastes the same as ordinary pasta to me - so very pleased.
