Preparation and Usage
Shopping List ( Serves 2)
1 tbsp oil
1 finely chopped onion
250- 300g diced chicken
200g chopped canned tomatoes
100ml single cream
1 pack Geeta's Tikka Curry Paste
Method
- Stir fry onion in oil until browned.
- Add chicken and cook until sealed.
- Stir in paste and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and stir for 4 - 5 minutes.
- Add 100ml single cream, heat through and simmer for 10 minutes or until meat is cooked.
Not suitable for microwave use.
Great with seafood, or for a Vegan option, why not try mushrooms, peas and green beans

Please bring back the dry mix...
Ok but very salty as others have mentioned and not as versatile as the dry mix version. The dry mix version of this was brilliant, would love for it to be stocked again!

Best tikka paste
Lovely! Its hard to actually fined a decent curry but this definitely does the job. Add with finely chopped tomatoes and some cream and its delicious! I did a version with a little coconut cream in to keep it lower in calories and it was just as good!
