I was really looking forward to trying this after reading the reviews, but they must have been for a previous vintage. The wine just tastes of oak, and this drowns out all the wonderful flavours you get with a NZ sauvignon. Really disappointed, especially for the price.

Cloudy Bay beating?

For the price, albeit more than an every day wine, this is exceptional. A very rounded wine, reminded me of Cloudy Bay (albeit less expensive). Having opened and finished our first bottle, this will definitely be on a future order!

Almost as good as cloudy bay at it’s best. Worth every penny.
