Pink, but NOT a Pink Gin
I agree with a previous review. A Pink Gin is: gin, angostura bitters and tonic, perhaps with either water or soda if mixed from a drinks trolley or at a bar to order. This product should be labelled Pink Berry Gin. However, it’s not a triumph by any means. Craft and flavoured gins are fine, but classics should remain classics. Gordon’s: pull your socks up, please.
Not a nice drink
Did not enjoy this at all. Does not taste of berries, taste of a fake man made substitute. Would not recommend
One shot wonder
Sent to review. Interesting flavor, lots of berry, but not boozy enough .. helped by ending an extra shot of gin, but doesnt that help most things
Liked this slightly more than I expected to
Given this to review. Not a big fan of alcopops, find them a bit sugary (even for this sweet tooth) and not boozy enough, but know they are probably not allowed to be more boozy. This has a chemical lolly 'pink' taste – which I kind of like, almost rosy. It's not trying to be natural. It's not something I'd buy but was pleasant, silly and refreshing enough
this is not a pink gin
This sweet, artificial-fruit-flavoured drink isn't a pink gin (which is gin with angostura bitters) - it's an alcopop. You can smell the fake fruit smell from across the room. If you like sweet alcoholic drinks that reek like a vape, you may still enjoy it. But I think Gordons are stupid to use the name of an existing drink for a product that's so unlike that drink.
too sweet
very fake flavour and too much like a soft drink
