2 Roast for 90 minutes
3 Rest the meat and serve
Instructions
1 Prick skin & season...
...Pat the skin of the duck legs with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture. Prick the skin and season with salt and black pepper, if desired.
2 Roast in oven...
...Place in a roasting tray and cook in the middle of the oven for 90 minutes, basting with the juices several times.
3 Rest & serve...
...Rest the meat for 10 minutes and then serve.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, cook within 24 hours and do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. If freezing, freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within three months. Defrost thoroughly in the bottom of a refrigerator and cook within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Easy to cook and many ways to dress it up

Very unclear as to whether to cook skin side up or down or cover in oven
Makes great curry duck!
My wife makes a great curry duck with these. Probably the best way to cook them, looking at some of the other reviews.
Cooks in 90 minutes
The other Gressingam duck is ready in 45 mins and more or less has the same taste and comes with the pancakes and sauce. Who has the time to cook dinner in 90 min these days?
terrible smell
I have been buying these legs quite often but no more. The smell is awful when you open the packet. This didnt happen in the past. Shame. It all went in the bin.
Unusable
I opened the package of duck legs for use three days before the use-by date. They were rotting, the smell unbearable, and had to be disposed of as quickly as possible.
