impossible to open
This water is good when I can get the top off, but sometimes it's impossible.
Impossible to open
I don't order just because the lid is almost impossible to open. Ocado please stop sending this to me as a substitute
Difficult to open at times
I love this water and it’s now a part of my regular weekly shop. I love that it’s in a glass bottle which helps reduce plastic wastage. The only issue I’ve found is that despite being a fairly fit, strong, agile 34 year old, it has been quite a challenge opening the bottles at times. I’ll continue to buy this though because it’s worth it in my opinion.
is it clean
Doesnt provide any evidence to back up water is clean. EWG report states most bottled waters contain bacteria and arent as clean as tap water. They dont publish their data on testing.
If you can get the metal cap off \-
This water is not as good as Highland Spring but they no longer offer a glass bottle. Will not buy Harrogate again because of inability to easily get that lid off.
Is it only me who struggles to open these bottles?
Product ok but completely put off by the struggle I always have getting the cap off!
