Preparation and Usage
It's so easy to make!
1 Pour contents of 1 sachet into a jug/bowl.
2 Add 1/2 pint (285 ml) of boiling water and stir until dissolved.
3 Add 1/2 pint (285 ml) of cold water, stir then pour into mould/serving dish.
4 Allow to cool, then refrigerate to set.
NB adding fresh pineapple, kiwi or papaya fruit will prevent jelly from setting.

why not vegetarian?
Hartleys make ready made jelly without pork gelatine so why put it in the cubes? Id rather make my own to avoid the packaging of the single serve pots.

Sugar free treat
Lovely flavour and curbs an after dinner sugar craving. Make with less water than instructed though, else its sloppy and not wobbly.

Good with grapes
Put some grapes in a freezer bag sprinkle with these crystals and give them a shake. Put in the freezer for a bit and enjoy. Absolutely delish.

I use less water for extra wobble but no issue. Flavour great.
