Love these
Really tasty. Tangy, crunchy, just overall delicious!
Good pickles
Crunchy tangy perfect with fish and chips ......use the vinegar on your chips.....delicious !
Best pickled onions
I can't believe i'm a person who has a preferred pickled onion, yet here i am writing a review!! These are nice and pickley - not sweet! And the onions are still crunchy, not soft or soggy.
Cheap
The price is the biggest thing in their favour, but the texture is leathery instead of crisp and the flavour isn't my favourite.
Love these
Nice tasty onions and a good size if you dont want to bite and get vinegar down your chin. Sometimes get a bit of loose skin which is tough
fabulous pan fried
I drained the vinegar off and pan fried them in butter and olive oil until charred and added brown sugar to caramelise with a sprig of tarragon. Pop them in the fridge great with cold meats, pate and cheese.
