Let down
The pump is far better for dispensing but the new formula has ingredients in it I cannot use due to allergies. Total let down. Cannot recommend anymore.

Good shampoo but tested on animals.
I do like this shampoo and it works well but recently found out that head and shoulders is tested on animals, so with that I wont be buying anymore.

Family sized
This is a great family format. Everyone from oldest to youngest finds it easy to use. We've not had any pump problems. I found the pump emptied the bottle pretty well with only 1 hair wash worth left at the bottom.

Great Idea
Great idea, but couldnt get the pump to work. I see others have had the same issue. I am going to buy a second one to see if that dispenser works but that is kind of not the point of it. Also it would make sense for the refills to be 1L or bigger

Good value
Good value in the 1L packaging. Comes with a dispenser pump so perhaps can consider a 1L refill to ensure fully environmentally friendly.
