What Was I Thinking?
Nostalgia Is Not What It Used To Be. Yuck!
Old school
Very old school flavour. I rarely buy it but enjoy the taste for a month or so when I do. I tend to spread thickly then top with grated mature cheddar - it HAS to be grated never sliced in this sandwich. I have also used it instead of mayo on a steak baguette. Yummy.
Price has gone up so rapidly.
I used to buy this sandwich spread very regularly. Very useful for sandwich with egg or tuna. But as the reviews below, It becomes very expensive. I still buy this for the convenience but not as often as before.
exorbitant
Blimey! Everywhere else, it's between £1.69 & £1.75 why so expensive from Ocado
What have they done?
This used to be a firm favourite so I thought Id get a jar. The recipe has been changed, its now a gloopy sauce with the odd bit of gherkin and pepper. I wont make the same mistake again.
Delicious
Thinly spread on buttered bread ~ yum!
