no taste but theres hope
Part of my childhood, spaghetti on toast was a regular tea for me. This is now a paler version in looks and taste. All is not lost though, if you add a teaspoon of Heinz tomato sauce and stir it in its almost as good as the good old days!
Nice enough
Pretty consistent over the years. Nice with a burger or some chicken. Low calorie too.
Full of flavour
Heinz Spaghetti is a perfect of iteration of this classic Italian dish, refined and perfected. Not only does it taste delicious, you can add spices and other ingredients to this to make it even more interesting. These small tins are just perfect for a simple single serve meal. Even after eating the most expensive spaghetti in the finest restaurants, I think this still holds its own, and it is rare for a mass produced product like this to offer such an authentic culinary experience.
Awful
The last time I ate a small tin of Heinz spaghetti, was around thirty years ago. Thought I would take a trip down memory lane, so bought one of these little tins. I was expecting to find soft spaghetti in lots of tomato sauce. What a letdown. Just a lot of tough, tasteless spaghetti, in a drop of awful tasting sauce. Binned. Like a lot of other products, everything has changed, and not for the better, just for the money.
