I should have read the reviews….
Hard to explain how very thinly sliced pre-packed deli meat can be both tough and chewy….but the 2 packs I purchased both were terrible. Definately will be avoiding in future.

tough meat
This meat was tough and chewy. Had hr in sandwiches Christmas Eve and had to give up on it it was so chewy.
what happened to this?
I used to buy this quite often as it was nice but the last 2 times it has been inedible - all gristle and had to throw it away
Hidious
This is easily the worst sandwich meat I have ever bought, it was tasteless, but after a couple of bites it was just solid huge amounts of sinew and string, it was genuinely unchewable, I have never experienced anything like it, I literally needed to spit it out as it was not edible.
