To make the Yorkshire puds you will need:
1 pack of Isabel's Yorkshire Pudding Mix
2 Large Free-range Eggs
160ml Milk or Soya Milk
2 tsp Vegetable Oil per Pud
Method:
1 Pre-heat oven to 200°C/400°F (180°C for fan assisted).
2 Add the oil to each cavity of a 12-hole muffin tray. Heat the tray on the top shelf of the oven until the oil is sizzling hot.
3 Empty the pack into a large bowl and make a well in the middle. Add the egg and mix well. Then add the milk slowly, whisking thoroughly until smooth.
4 Pour the batter into the hot oil, filling each cavity by a third. Return the tray quickly to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
Freezing Instructions:
Allow the Yorkshire puds to cool completely and place them into a freeze bag. Use within 2 months. Bake from frozen. Place the puds on a baking tray and reheat for approx. 3 minutes.

the best
I make these weekly using butter instead of oil. Better than Gluten ones, cant really fault them!
Great Toad in the Hole!
Decided to try this out with sausages / as toad in the hole and it was amazing! Even the gluten eaters enjoyed it! Definitely a cupboard staple.
perfect flavour and texture.
They rise really well, very easy to make and the whole family loves them including non-gf members. Really tasty. Only problem is not eating them all in one go.
Disappointed
They looked the part and rose beautifully, but they had no real Yorkshire pudding flavour or texture. Sadly, another GF disappointment.
Perfect GF and dairy free Yorkshires
After years of trying to make GF Yorkshires and failing, I tried these and never looked back. All the family loves them. Soya milk, non-stick muffin pan and extra egg if the eggs are on the small side. Worth every penny.
Brillant!
These came out so perfect and honestly the best yorkshire puddings I've ever had! Freeze really well too!
