Very bad consistency

Terrible with cold desserts as turns to toffee and far too salty. Will never buy this brand again

Nearly as good as the French stuff

Im addicted to Caramel au beurre sale - Creme Salidou - call it what you want but I mean the real stuff made in Brittany. This British Salted caramel sauce by Joe & Steph is a pretty good back-up when I cant nip across the channel to stock up!

Too salty

Wouldn't buy this again. Probably won't finish the pot. Way to salty to enjoy.

Disproportionate amount of salt

Far too much salt. Salt is supposed to bring out the rest of the flavour profile, not overpower. Also borderline bitter notes. Probably fine if you’re using it to cover popcorn or in a recipe that needs a lot of salt. I use it over ice cream or the occasional dessert and it overpowered all other flavours.

Not bad

it was a bit too salty for me, but everyone had different tastes. the sweetness was good. sauce was thicker than I imagined, makes it harder to dish out

Great with ice cream

Delicious and very luxuriously thick. Great with ice cream. Definitely salty though, a tad too much for me.
