Preparation and Usage
Let your pastry temper to room temperature
For best results, take the pastry out of the fridge approximately 10 minutes before you are ready to use it, as it will be easier to work with.
No Need for a Rolling Pin
If you roll the puff pastry sheet with a rolling pin, you will compress the carefully constructed layers and your puff pastry won't rise as much. If you need to expand the pastry sheet, gently stretch it with your hands.
Use your Leftovers
Off cuts are great for making tasty cheese straws.

Awful. I will not be buying again
It used to be good many years ago but now it's awful. Hard, tough, and tasteless. Also contains unhealthy palm oil
Great
Its really handy having this in the fridge. Makes great sausage rolls.
So good!
This is really good pastry! Holds together really well, cooks well, tastes good, texture is great. Makes amazing pasties! Delicious :)
So handy
So pleased with these. Versatile and makes a great puff pastry pizza or dessert.
So handy if youre celiac.
I made sausage rolls with this and they turned out okay. I thought it would be more puffed pasty like, but it wasn't and felt a bit heavy and solid to me. I may have overcooked it. I am buying again because it's just so handy, will not overcook it to see if changes the texture any. Real treat for me to have gluten free sausage rolls. Gave some to the workman here who's celiac as well he thought they were delicious.
Good Puff
We used it to make sausage rolls and I've previously used it for things like pies. It works well. You don't have to pretend that it's as good as regular food, it's actually good.
