Trusty old cereal
Personally I Dont find 7.2g of sugar per 40g portion too high . It about one and a half teaspoons . It been around all my life and still enjoyed .
Stomach upset
Tastes great, and goes really well with ice cold milk - it does go soggy pretty quickly so you have to eat it fast if you don't want that, and it perhaps could do with a little less sugar. However the bigger problem for me was that I simply couldnt eat it without feeling bloated and it causing stomach issues - I did stick with it for a few weeks to see if i just needed to get used to higher fibre but it never went away
Good for fibre and protein but 18% sugar
I do like the taste of these and they are good for adding fibre to your diet, but at 18% sugar, thats nearly a fifth of the product which is way too high for healthy food.
Great way to get fibre in your diet
but high sugar content. The last few packets we have purchased have had a lot of bran dust in them, probably due to poor packing by Ocado.
packets full of dust
The last few packets have been full of dust. Do the robots play football with them? I want a crispness to my cereal not sludge. Shall have to look for an alternative.
Great Bran
Mix mine 50/50 with Dorset cereals museli. Not much flavour otherwise - kind of the point with brans!
