Kikkoman Sushi & Sashimi Soy Sauce is the perfect complement to dishes that feature raw fish and seafood and works well with vegetarian sushi.
Sushi is one of the most famous Japanese dishes, comprising vinegar seasoned rice topped with a thin slice of a raw or cooked seafood, or filled and rolled with vegetables and seafood. This soy sauce is well balanced with both sweetness and saltiness and complements the flavours of Sushi. Sashimi, raw seafood, is also very well enhanced when dipped in this soy sauce.
This special sauce is slightly milder and sweeter than original Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce and for that reason it’s often consumed in alongside big flavours such as wasabi.
Sushi rolls would not be complete without the addition of deliciously delicate and salty Sushi & Sashimi Soy Sauce to enhance the flavour.

Great with sushi
Great mixed with wasabi.
Extremely thin\/runny, not very versatile
I didn't really find this all that great, its extremely thin/runny so despite tasting very good with sushi, its difficult to get enough actually on the sushi/sashimi for my tastes. Its got a very different taste to chinese soy sauces that are useful in stir frys etc, and it doesn't really work in those dishes at all, the taste is not right for them and again its too thin - something like amoy dark soy sauce is much better. All in all given that it really only works with sushi/sashimi and can't be used as a general store cupboard staple, I don't think I'd buy it again, I just don't eat sushi often enough to warrant keeping a second type of soy sauce in just for those odd occasions.
Very good
Not as salty as other soy sauces even of the same brand.
great with sushi
We really enjoy using this soya sauce with our sushi as it has a wonderful flavour and is not too salty tasting.
One of thebest
We enjoyed it a lot with our sushi
subtle not too salty
Unlike the ordinary soy this is specifically for sushi and sashimi and is less salty and much more subtle, mix with a few drops of yuzu even better
